Ray
Owner, and on the truck most days
Came up on hollow metal and frames in industrial stock before moving to commercial service work. Takes most of the first calls, which is why the questions on the phone are the ones that actually narrow the part.
The crew
A small crew working commercial openings inside Charlotte. No photographs on this page, and that is deliberate — stock portraits attached to named people are a lie that takes ten seconds to catch.

Hardware and egress devices
Exit devices, closers and the compliance side of the work. The person who will tell you that backing the closer off is going to stop the door latching, and then show you the latch face to prove it.
Scheduling and parts
Runs the truck stock and the calendar. Keeps the parts inventory matched to what Charlotte buildings actually have in them, which is the reason a first visit ever finishes a job.
We have not put pictures here because we do not have photographs of the crew that are worth publishing, and the alternative — buying portraits of strangers and putting our names under them — is the kind of thing that gets a contractor rightly distrusted. When there are real photographs they will go up.
You will not find certification badges on this page. We are not claiming AAADM, DHI, AHC or FDAI credentials, because claiming a credential you cannot produce on request is worse than holding none. Ask what we have worked on and we will tell you.
Ask for whoever handles your assembly and you will get them or a call back from them.
