Call the number on this site and say it is a complaint. It goes to the owner rather than to whoever answered.

What we will do

• Acknowledge it on the call.
• Tell you who is looking at it and roughly when you will hear back.
• Come and look at the opening again if the complaint is about work we did.
• Tell you plainly if we think we were wrong, and tell you plainly if we think we were not.

What we will not do

We will not ask you to take a review down as a condition of putting something right.
